This 3-month commitment will focus on you being seen for who you are and who you truly want to be through self belief, acceptance and belonging.
I will support you in setting goals in alignment with the life you know you were truly meant for and set clear actions to prioritise your life to continue momentum beyond our time together.

INCLUSIONS
✓ Pre Coaching Questionnaire - A detailed questionnaire to start your coaching journey in being seen, providing you with space to explore what it is you would like to gain from our time together and how I can best support you.
✓ Discovery Session - A complimentary 30-minute session via Zoom for us to go deeper into what you shared within your questionnaire, for you to ask questions and establish if I am the right coach to support you to be seen.
✓ 6 Fortnightly Coaching Sessions - Each session will be for the duration of one hour. Your sessions will occur fortnightly via Zoom to discuss your goals and actions. After your first session, you will have discovered your goals and planned your first set of actions towards achieving those goals. Throughout the remainder of the series, we will build upon each session so you can step into being the best and strongest version of you. This will serve to deepen your understanding of your goals and enhance your overall growth.
✓ Communication and Support - To support you in maintaining momentum throughout your series, I encourage continued communication via email and voice note between our coaching sessions. This can also be via reviewing documents that are a part of the actions and goals you have been working toward. This ensures that our sessions are dedicated to propelling you forward, while also providing the chance to update me on everything that has transpired since our last session.

Confidence, Agency, and Structure
This 3-month commitment will focus on you being seen in your strength, both personally and physically as you progress toward empowerment.
Integrating connection through self-belief, acceptance and belonging simultaneously with confidence, agency and structure to achieve empowerment.
I will support you in setting goals in alignment with the life you want to live which will include setting fitness goals in the areas you wish to gain strength in and setting clear actions to build toward being the strongest version of you.
This includes a 12 week structured training program customised to your specific goals.

AI and smartwatch integration to create a comprehensive picture of your wellness and physiological performance. Communication in regards to training can be communicated through the app

TRANSFORMATION
Structure, Growth, and Independence
This 6-month commitment will focus on you being seen in your strength, both personally and physically as you progress toward transformation. Integrating connection simultaneously with empowerment to achieve transformation.
I will support you in setting goals in alignment with the life you want to live which will include setting fitness goals in the areas you wish to gain strength in and setting clear actions to build toward being the strongest version of you.
This includes a 24 week structured training program customised to your specific goals.
Transformation is for women who want to push themselves further with personal support to get there.
